The work is practical rather than theoretical. It helps leaders think more clearly, expand their influence and align day-to-day action with what matters most — without the jargon or the performance.
Leaders typically leave the process better able to decide, communicate and hold themselves and others to account. The change is visible in how they show up from Monday onwards.

Emerging leaders
Building a bench before it was needed
- Context
- A fast-scaling technology business had promoted a cohort of first-time managers with no shared leadership language and rising attrition beneath them.
- Intervention
- A nine-month emerging leaders programme combining group work, one-to-one coaching and live business challenges, with line managers held accountable for application.
- Outcome
- Internal promotion into senior roles rose materially over the following year, and voluntary attrition in the cohort's teams fell to its lowest recorded level.
Operational leadership
From firefighting to forward planning
- Context
- A manufacturing operations team was technically excellent but locked into reactive decision-making, with unresolved friction between shift and functional leads.
- Intervention
- Team diagnostics, facilitated sessions to name the avoided conversations, and a set of shared operating principles reinforced through individual coaching.
- Outcome
- Escalations dropped sharply within two quarters, planning horizons extended from days to months, and the team began holding one another to account without escalation.
Commercial & sales leadership
Influence, not pressure
- Context
- A European commercial leadership team was hitting volume targets while losing strategic accounts and margin to more consultative competitors.
- Intervention
- Coaching focused on executive presence, questioning discipline and stakeholder mapping, paired with team work on qualification and pricing courage.
- Outcome
- Average deal quality improved, key account retention recovered, and two members of the team progressed into regional director roles.
